"Die Lage der Unterkunft war super, alles fußnah zu erreichen. Der Wellnessbereich ist grundsätzlich schön, leider ist der Pool-/Schwimmbereich nicht vom Saunabereich getrennt, weshalb der Lautstärkepegel sowohl im Saunabereich als auch im Ruhebereich regelmäßig hoch war. Auch die Glastür zum Ruhebereich hilft hier nicht. Ebenfalls lief im Ruhebereich dauerhaft Musik, zwar relativ leise, aber dennoch meiner Meinung nach etwas störend. "Don't plan on skiing early, as the front desk manager refuses to check you out before 8 am. Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition. The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!"

"The staff at this hotel, both Reception and at Breakfast, were excellent. Very friendly and willing to assist when required. This hotel is so well located in the centre of Oberstdorf. You could not ask for better. We had a large bedroom with an excellent shower and toilet facility. Nevertheless, two areas to point out. "Nice sized rooms with large floor to ceiling windows, AC, ironing board and iron in room. Comfortable beds and pillows. We didn’t get to try out the pool and spa area but it looked nice. Ice machine was a plus. Clean spaces and wonderful staff"

"Great stay was prefect location for traveling in the area via public transport as it was less than 5 minutes from the bus and train station. Hotel very kindly gave us travel passes which made public transport free for the duration of our stay. There were just two small downsides, the bed was very hard and I did struggle to sleep because of this. The support for the shower head was to weak meaning I had to hold the shower head for showers. The shower also changed to very hot every now and again might really hurt. Overall would definitely stay again"
