"As a solo traveller this accommodation was wonderful. Kate is incredibly kind, hardworking, and accommodating. She allowed me to check in much earlier and the room was absolutely spotless. I felt very safe during my stay. The breakfast was delicious and there were a lot of different options. I regret not staying a few extra nights! Overall I loved my stay at Ach na Sheen and highly recommend it to other travellers, especially solo travellers"

"The Cahir House Hotel is an institution in Cahir, with character and very welcoming staff. The common areas are impressive, if a little tired, but the rooms/corridors are rather drably decorated. The food was hearty and varied, with the breakfasts exceptional - white pudding and soda bread, as only Ireland can do it !"

"Absolutely loved staying there just off the road but very quiet great info from proprietor re getting there lots of parking quite beautiful setting Large room with en big suite V comfy bed nice and warm with large radiator beautiful view from window god choice of breakfast For gluten free food need to inform them before arrival Great coffee Enjoyed chatting with John After bfast"

"Beautiful setting nestled into the cliff. A lot of the roof of the building was natural which made for a more, naturalist type setting. Taking the Cliff Walk was experience we will never forget, the waves crashing created clouds of mist made us feel like we were in another era. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"We really enjoyed our time at Christine’s property. It is a lovely setting; a relaxing place to end our Ireland visit. Christine was very accommodating and quick to respond to my questions. Also, a comprehensive binder with house information and suggestions for the area."
