"We checked in with Shari, and she was excellent! Very friendly and courteous! She had the answers to all of our questions, and even showed me how to navigate my IHG app! The blond lady at the desk next to her was also super friendly! The two girls in the morning were just as great. The hotel was super clean. And the room attendants were always smiling in the halls. Breakfast was really good! Something for everyone! We enjoyed our stay!"

"The breakfast menu was fine, however the dinner menu was extremely limited and had NO children menu. One of the rooms we booked had an overflowing toilet which spilled all over the bathroom. We were so disgusted that we left the hotel day early."

"We were on tne first floor and we could hear someone walking back and fourth above us basically the whole stay. Otherwise the hotel was clean enough and the workers were all friendly. "

"The Hotel Concord was a lovely place to stay! Great amenities and the staff was friendly and so helpful. Hot breakfast was served each morning! Something for everyone and hot items were kept at the correct temperature.. The hotel had a great horseshoe bar far socializing! Nicely located within walking distance to restaurants, great shopping and entertainment options!. Will definitely come back!"

"We stayed in a cabin surrounded by nature and it was amazing. Very quiet, private, and peaceful, perfect to disconnect from routine. The cabin was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Waking up to the forest view was the best part. Overall, a simple but very special and relaxing experience for a couple."
