Nice to have 24 hour shuttle service since I needed a ride at 4:15 AM. Having a kitchen is nice, too, even though I didn't need it this time. But if I had to stay near the airport again, I would choose this hotel simply because of the wonderful staff member at the front desk, who was very pleasant and helpful.

The staff was over and above, my room was clean… The location was perfect for what I needed, four minute drive to the airport yet I couldn’t hear it at all. the coffee was great…Slept like a baby. The price was right! If I ever get back that way, I’m gonna stay there again.

Property was clean and well maintained - the rooms climate controlled was unable to adequately remove humidity and everything in the room including towels, bed linen and even our personal clothes were never dry. Major climate control issues!

This was a great option for an airport hotel. The price was fair, the room was clean, the airport shuttle was quick and efficient, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Tracy, who I believe was the manager was always around and always super friendly and helpful. She made sure everything about the stay was exactly what I needed. Very nice to see a manager of a property so invested in everyone’s stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Incredibly friendly staff, great outdoor space for dogs, rooms are large and the beds are actually comfortable!! We travel somewhat frequently and will be back.

Easy FAST check in. Amanda was great. TV remote didn’t work. 5 trips to the lobby and each new set of batteries and spare remotes, finally took one from another room. That one worked. Get rid of the drawer full of broken remotes and buy some reliable spares.

I have stayed in several hotels in this area and decided on this hotel because they offered laundry which I needed. I was pleasantly surprised at the amenities such as the fitness center , laundry facilities and the room itself. I gave it a 4 star for cleanliness only because the hallway and garbage by the elevator was overflowing and it smelled strong. The room itself was clean and quiet and I loved the wall unit A/C. It was well stocked with supplies. I would definitely stay here again.
