Centrally Located 4 Bdrm Home

This 4 Bedroom 2.5 Bath home is located in a quite and safe neighborhood just minutes from the UT campus. Fully remodeled in 2015 this split level home features an open floor plan living/kitchen area with french doors opening to a large back patio. The house has a master suite with en suite facilities on the third floor along with two additional bedrooms that share a full bathroom. The 4th bedroom is located in the basement with two twin beds and a 1/2 bath. Cable and wifi provided. Open to corporate or longer term rentals. Sleeps 8 people comfortably.

Great Place!

The house is in excellent condition, and had all the ammenities described. The bathrooms, bedrooms & kitchen had the necessities(including some extra light bulbs since one went out). The place was super clean & cozy, and the beds were VERY comfortable. There were even oscillating fans in the closets. We would highly recommend staying here!!!

Perfect stay for a week of camp

Our group enjoyed the stay for our week of skating camp. The house is accommodating, with plenty of room, bathrooms, indoor and outdoor spaces for all. We will definitely be back as long as the listing is available.

Perfect!

House was perfect for our family down celebrating UT Parents weekend. It was great that we could all stay in one place instead of multiple hotel rooms. Great location. House was clean and kitchen had everything we needed. Will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful woods in backyard

The house was in a great quiet location and the big backyard was nice to sit and watch the birds. The house was spacious and in walking distance to stores. We are thankful for the stay.

Perfect!

We rented the house for my daughter’s graduation and it was perfect for our out of state family. And close to grocery stores. We were able to relax around the house and enioy each others company instead of worrying about eating out during the busy weekend. The house was very comfortable also. Easy check in process also.

Great location to see Knoxville area

The property is on a quiet neighborhood street, plenty of property to play on for kids. House was well-equipped in the kitchen. Older property with obviously later-installed central air. Didn't get an initial email with instructions, but received on request from owner in fairly short order. A/C went out twice, but local manager was friendly and responsive - he acquired and set up fans for us quickly, and was able to get repair personnel out in short order in both cases (and we were refunded some of our cost to account for the events.) Location was very close to main arteries through and out of town so that we could tour the area and get to locations quickly.

Very close to UT Medical so my out of state in-laws could be close to my father-in-law who was in the ICU. My mother-in-law especially loved the comfort of the home and the outdoor spaces to help heal with everything that was going on. Property owner was very helpful.
