"We chose this property for its location during the Tennessee state home game, as other options were fully booked and expensive. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean, but it is in need of updates. The bathroom was notably small, and visible repairs had been made throughout the room."

The lobby was very well done and very clean, the remodel is very nice! You can tell they are trying to raise the standards of the hotel, and it shows. The breakfast was minimal, (cereal and cheap muffins) and the orange juice was actually tang in my opinion, but the man working the front desk was nice and kept it tidy. I did love the fact they had EV charging, although we could not use it as there was only one and it was being used, and they have a ton of cameras that you can see all outdoor areas at the front desk, so we know that helps limit unscrupulous behavior, which is good for peace of mind. For the price it was good.

The only reason I did not rate the facility excellent was because of a slow draining sink and having to lift up the door to lock the deadbolt. These are things that could easily be fixed. It only requires the will to do so. I will say that this is the absolute cleanest hotel that I have stayed in for a long time now. The staff here is Super Nice.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The property is atrocious. Like, crackheads wandering around the parking lot at night style atrocious. The rooms felt like a prison dorm, and the walls are paper thin. The upper level smells heavily like Indian food. But hey, it’s a really cheap place to sleep with a door that locks. I suppose there are worse places to stay when you travel.

I was very disappointed since the reviews were good. The room smelled like dirt/grime covered by a coat of paint. The bed linens and pillows were stained and dirty including blood on the sheets. One of the lights didn't work. I was only staying for an overnight so I didn't use the shower at all. Tub looked pretty clean though. Staff was pleasant.
