The room had a Murphy bed. This was NOT disclosed when I booked it and they were unable to move me to another room. The mattress was very poor quality and the bed seemed unstable and made horrible squeaking sounds as we moved throughout the night. Unable to sleep at all.

Rooms are lovely-clean, well furnished.
Our room was quite noisy from outside traffic and activity. In general, we were pleased with staff and condition of hotel and rooms. The valets were excellent.
We were in town for a convention and it was so nice to be able to valet park at the hotel and just walk to the convention center. Also I love that the TV said my name when I check in.
