Lakemoor Hills neighborhood is known for its quiet roads, large wooded properties, and lakefront setting and is often called the “quiet side of the river.” Easy access off 129, and close to 40 and 140.

    The home has an open floorplan including a kitchen, island seating for 4, dining seating for 4, a coffee area, a huge circular sofa and 98" TV. The primary bedroom has a wall of glass windows under the canopy of a red-leaf maple tree including plenty of storage. Bathroom has a separate tub and shower and dual sinks. The second room is multi-use with a queen murphy bed and a large desk with printer. Second full bathroom adjacent.

    Outdoor spaces include a front patio with 4 chairs and table. The back deck has a BBQ and two seating areas overlooking the sloping lawn. Front lawn is flat large enough for an event and wedding tent.
