- Easily make yourself at home in this 1-bedroom 492-sq-ft condo in a quiet multi-family property 2.2 mi from Neyland Stadium and across the street from walking trails, tennis courts and playground. This fully furnished space features a queen bed, walk-in closet, a living room with a couch, TV, a dedicated workspace and hi-speed internet is perfect for long-term rental. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials and an eating area. It’s in a perfect location for classes on campus, concerts, sporting events, or downtown work and restaurants. In 2026, we installed a brand-new shower, new floors and new cabinets. Comfortable year-round with under-window heat and air-conditioning, as well as 2 ceiling fans. Free parking. Seasonal outdoor pool.
