Ocean Front Villa with Pool


This is a lovely 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home, roomy and comfortable, directly on the ocean. There is a large private swimming pool and gazebo in front, so you can stay cool while enjoying a beverage and serene views across the ocean to Trat and Cambodia. The house has a shady balcony with ocean breeze.
There is an additional guest house available to accommodate 2 more guests. It has a kitchen as well.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes and all necessary cooking utensils. All linens are provided.
There is air conditioning throughout.
Housekeeping 1 time mid-week-stay. Additional housekeeping if desired for an extra fee. We have our own private beach 50 meters away. There are several excellent restaurants within 3 kilometers, one within easy walking distance (on the shore if low tide), and several restaurants will deliver or pick you up for a meal. There are more restaurants an additional 1 kilometer.
We have cars and scooters for rent, or we can help with transportation or call for a taxi.
We are located on the East Coast of Koh Chang, 6 kilometers South of the Aor Thammachat Ferry, and White Sands Beach is 12 kiometers away.
This is a small private community of 18 homes, in a quiet residential area. There is a lot of room for kids to roam without worrying about traffic, as we are at the end of a private road.
We can arrange for transportation from Bangkok by private minivan for a fee.
The guesthouse is additional cost.
