"The people who work at these facilities are never to blame, they work with what they are given. The hotel manager was an angel, his staff exceptional but the hotel is in great need of renovations or general maintenance. Investment is needed to bring it at its grandeur. "

"This very exclusive property was wonderful - first and foremost the staff led by Kris attended to every need, helpfully when needed, leaving you in peace when not.
