The staff are superamazing! They are courteous and friendly. Service is excellent. The place is tranquil and clean. The hotel breakfast menu is great. This is my kind of hotel and resort.

This place is paradise. There’s no better view in Railay than from poolside at Phutawan. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The drinks are amazing. Best resort on the island, will stay anytime I’m in Railay!

This was the worse hotel I have ever checked in. We got there at 12pm and I asked if I could upgrade and the staff did not make any offers or efforts. Then once the room was ready we found the facility a bit old and not update but that part is still ok. The elevator smelled like mold and old room. There was not a bed frame but a bunch of “ply wood” put together as a bed frame. Most hotel sheets are white this one was bege looking not so clean. We went on an evening tour and when we got back around 10 pm my daughter showered and went to bed when she pull the sheets a cockroach came out of the sheets, she climbed on the bed and soon after another one started to run around the room. I called front desk who took 10 min to come and the guy looked at me like it was nothing. We immediately packed and left the hotel and never looked back. The hotel management did not contact me to apologize or nothing also they refused my refund.
