Amazing view from our room. Place is clean and view beautiful. Place was empty and restaurant/bar was pretty poor though

Our room was full of cockroaches. We told it to the reception, and they just sent someone to catch the cockroaches, instead of moving us to another room. Breakfast was average. Nice pool. I wouldn't comeback.

Beautiful Beach Resort
It was a very nice bungalow style room and the A/C worked very well and it was right on the beach and had fantastic view from the swimming pool and the dinning area. The breakfast has many different dishes as well as fruits. The services in the dinning room was great. Had good WIFI connections and it was walking distance to many eating places and services, and beautiful beach where you can swim and enjoy the sand.

Very nice stay, great room, great staff ( only the one with long nails- not acceptable in this industry) its gross!!! - but he was helpful and nice. Room a little bit of a walk! But fine. Overall great!!

Paradise !!
The perfect hotel in All of haad rin. The staff were so friendly and welcoming (without exception) during the entire week I have stayed there (originally I planned to stay for only 3 night...). Anything I've ask the reception was answered in a metter of few minutes tops. The room was perfect with a great view (I have stayed in the grand deluxe room with garden view for 3 night and then got an upgrade to the sea view. Both of them were beautiful). The room had all the amenities needed. Great bad, Closet, minibar, safety deposit box, great bathroom, ect. Breakfast was good and varied (also good to whomever eats kosher food). There are 4 pools. I used the main one which was amazing infinity pool with a beautiful sunset view. Great atmosphere music and a bar. There is a private and very nice beach strip. All the hotels property was very clean all the time. There is a place in the hotel for motorbike/car rent and you can also order tours from the hotel (I rented amotorbike for one day and 2 tours which was all great and recommended). The area is very quiet and also close to the central and the main beach. Only a few minutes walk. Bottom line: I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

The Sunset Beach Club was an awesome hotel. We reviewed first class service from every employee we came into contact with whilst we were there. Rommel who works in the lobby is absolutely amazing 😊! I will defo be going back when I next visit Koh Phangan!

everything was great. a little bit crowdy on breakfast. also, we stayed there for 4 days. there was one time we got 1 dirty towel, we asked to change it and no one came... we had to use in tbe same towel and that was very unpleasent.

Good Hotel, with some easily fixed problems.
The adjoining door wasn't locked for my new neighbors, who were able to walk right into my room. Very uneasy feeling. They did say the resolved it by adding a door or something, I'm not sure what they did, but this should have been done before I checked into room. Made me very uneasy leaving my room. On top of that the in room safe only worked intermittently, even after a battery change. I also booked the 1 day trip to tour the island and was early for check in to that process. An hour after we were supposed to be there, we still hadn't left, and I lost my patience. This isn't necessarily their fault, but they did sell me the ticket, so hold some accountability. I did get a refund, on my last day. Buyer beware. Other than those flaws,great location and views, quiet and peaceful (if no unauthorized people walk into your room). If only I could relax wondering if someone will walk into my room while I'm relaxing on the beach.

Great Hotel!
Great and convenient! Close to the beach, staff are amazingly sweet, cleaning staff sometimes need a little reminder of cleaning the room.. but then they arrive fast and are very clean. Really helps you get into vacation mode in no time.

The place was great! The area, Lamai beach, just does not have many things that are walkable around the area. Chaweng is the place to be.

amazing place, breakfast was really good, 100% would recommend for full moon party stays! Tons of pools, very calm/quiet location for full moon party times and only ~10 min walk from all the action. Good to rest from the loudness/party that is full moon party at this hotel and actually get a good nights rest. Wifi was a little spotty and unreliable

Extremely honest review
Most honest review you'll read. My brother and I booked the nicest room in this hotel, the beachfront room with a private pool. On the third night our AC broke and they told us it would take a day to fix. They showed us other rooms and informed us that we would not be getting the night for free for all the trouble, but rather we would receive back the difference in cost. The room we ended up getting was in pretty miserable shape, bottom of walls peeling, broken wood boards. We received back 1400 baht for the night. They also tried charging us extra for water even though we get two free bottles per day. The location is about an easy 8 minute walk from the main pier, where all the food and night life is at. A lot of the workers are super friendly and kind, but the manager was meh. Overall, nothing spectacular.

Our hotel is new and so are the rooms and the A/C Also the complain regarding to the A/C was checked but nothing like this has been noted on our reception... Best Place to stay in Koh Phagnan

Super Lage um auf die Full Moon Party zu gehen. An sich ist das Hotelzimmer gut ausgestattet, bequeme Betten, schöne Einrichtung. Jedoch ist das Hotel an sich vollkommen in die Jahre gekommen. Kein Wasser in den Pools, leere Gebäude (wo bestimmt mal eine Bar drinnen war oder ein Restaurant). Um die Pflege der Hotelanlage an sich wird sich keine besondere Mühe gegeben. Wie gesagt, wer auf die Full Moon Party gehen möchte, dem kann ich aufgrund der Lage dieses Hotel nur empfehlen, da man auch nachts vollkommen ruhig dort schlafen kann und man keinen Partylärm oder Ähnliches hört. Für den Familien-Urlaub ist dieses Hotel jedoch absolut nicht geeignet.

Ons verblijf zou fantastisch geweest zijn als we geweten hadden dat ze heel het complex aan het verbouwen zijn, er was geen zwembad, geen bar of restaurant, geen gym, het had iets duidelijker mogen zijn op de website dat er geen faciliteiten beschikbaar zijn op dit moment. Het personeel is wel zeer vriendelijk en locatie is perfect op wandelafstand van Haad Rin.

''You get what you pay''. Die Rezeption ist in einem anderen Hotel mit anderem Namen. Sehr verwirrend. Die Frühstücksbuffet ist in Plastik eingehüllt. Fünf Salate essen wollen, heißt fünf mal aufpacken. Fragwürdiger Service. Hotelsafe ist im dunkeln. Taschenlampe mitbringen. Schloss für Zimmertür ist veraltet. Schnäppchen? ''Du bekommst was Du bezahlst''.

Attention, hôtel à l’abandon reste une barre d’immeuble et c’est l’hôtel d’à côté qui le gère et l’hôtel d’à côté est à l’agonie même plus de bouteilles d’eau, spa à l’abandon, une vraie catastrophe. C’est inamissible que le site continue à vendre des séjours dans ces hôtels.

Dejligt hotel med godt forhold mellem pris og kvalitet. Flere swimmingpools. Beliggenheden er ud mod vandet, men i et noget isoleret området.

הגענו למלון קיבלנו בהתחלה שוק,השם שנסגר והשם שיש בכניסה שמות שונים לחלוטין הכל עם עליות וירידות מטורפות יש את החלק החדש במלון ששם למזלינו ישנו היה נקי ברמה גבוה יחסית לאזור. החדר אוכל זוועה !!!! ידעו שאין ארוחות בוקר כמו בישראל אבל הדברים הבסיסים שאותנו אנחנו אוכלים כמו ירקות ולחם לא מחדשים שם מה ששמו ב7 וחצי בבוקר ככה עד סוף הארוחה אנחנו באנו בעשר בבוקר היו 2 חתיכות מלפפון ואולי 4 חתיכות של עגבניה. הישיבה בבריכה הכל מיושן מה שיש בתמונות רחוק מלמציאות.

Efter vi er sat af af taxaen, hentes vi i golfvogn for at køre til receptionen. Her har de noget rod i deres papirer (det kan jo ske), men depositum for værelser skal ske kontant og ikke ved kreditkort. Ved afrejse bestiller vi taxa (som måske ikke har noget med selve hotellet at gøre?), hvilket naturligvis også er kontant, selvom de har problemer med at skaffe byttepenge på 400 thaibath (80 kr.). Fin morgenmadsbuffet. Flere pools. Når hotellet skriver 1 minut til Haad Rin, så må det være supersonisk transport. Går man fra hotellet til "downtown" hovedgade, så tager det altså 10-15 minutter i varme-gå-tempo. Hotellet er fint, og kommer som sådan gerne igen, men vil nok hellere vælge noget tættere på selve Haad Rin-stranden.
