"Amazing hotel. "

"We had a 2 bed villa with lounge pool and beach view. Lots of space and complimentary water and coke. The staff were fantastic and service excellent. We had occasion to contact reception and had someone to our room immediately. It was a little way out but taxis are easily available and good value. The breakfast was lovely though coffee slow in delivery. The restaurant was fabulous- beautiful setting and atmosphere- but not cheap. We would go back to this hotel."

"Secluded area meaning lovely quiet beach away from tourists, will need to hire bike/car to get around as it not walkable. We loved our stay, it is a very quiet family run hotel. The staff are lovely but sometimes hard to find anyone maybe a low season thing. We stayed in beachfront villa which was very big, bathroom/shower was outside which is cute but attached lots of mosquitoes. Coiled were lit daily but they do run out/don’t stop all. "

All the staff from gardeners and cleaners to reception and the lovely restaurant team were genuinely very friendly, helpful and efficient, anticipating our every need. Had staff basically hold me hostage for 2 half days so I could prepare to move because beds work awful than moved me to room with no AC than to room that was 32 degrees cold and couldn’t turn off the Ac. Food not good. Awful awful awful. I should be provided a refund given how pathetic their service and property is. "

"We booked this place last minute after landing at USM Koh Samui Airport. It is right next to Nathan Pier. We booked the Premier Suite Oceanfront. The balcony / terrace was bigger than most people’s rooms! There was also a nice bathtub built for x2 on the rooftop. The customer service was unlike any other and we cannot wait to come back.
