"I didnt do much research before coming since it eas a spontaneous 3 day trip and the plan for us was to stay at the beach clubs all day. For the price l paid l didnt expect much but l still didnt expect for all the furnitures to be so worn oit and my aircon was leaking water. They fixed my aircon rigth away and l got free breakfsdt as compensation but only cuz l ask for it."

"Im sure that at 1 time, this was a beauty of a hotel. Not anymore. The supposed king mattress was nothing more than a worn out coil apring mattress that left circles on my back and hips. Air conditioning and electricity only works while you are in the room, you have to insert a key card into slot on the wall. This card is attached to room key and cannot be seperated, so when you leave room you turn off electric and air conditioning. Try spending 6 hours on the beach in 90 deg weather and coming back to a HOT hotel room. No staff in restaurant or bar, it appears meals may be ordered from a 2nd location. No hot water first day Furniture was all laminate and peeling off. Staff says beach 300meters from hotel, more like 3000 meters I stayed 4 days and saw 1 other guest. I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy. 1 🌟 is too good of a review "

"We had an amazing time here at best western. We were upgraded to a semi detached bungalow room number 5111. The staff were amazing and we ate one night at the sea front restaurant and the food was delicious. It was beautiful and very close to the beach. I was happy to be close to our room from the beach as the toilet facilities where we rented sun beds were probably the worst I’ve seen, that was nothing to do with the hotel. The hotel was spotless with fantastic facilities. The beach was beautiful a lot cleaner than previous reviews. We rented sun beds to the right off beach just as you go onto beach. They cost 200 bhat for 2. We would definitely recommend this hotel "
