"Got the 3BR and was surprised at how well maintained and clean the place was. With quite a number of bad reviews, I brought my own heater and blankets just Incase. But didn't need to use it. Rented the pedal go kart for two days and my son loved it. And we had a walk and run around the trail. It was quick and easy to check in too. The playground is no longer there. Did not try the pool but was beautiful to see cows grazing in front at the field. Overall, had a really pleasant experience. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Back Beach Oasis. House was clean, beds were comfortable, outside pergola area was great which is where we spent most of our time. The spa was amazing - well kept and very clean. House is fully fenced and all on one level which made it easier for our Goldie who struggles with stairs. Management team at Phillip Island Holiday Homes were super organised providing an app which gave us all information we could have wanted in respect to the house. Oh and did I mention the spa - so good. We will definitely be back, thank you."
