Amazing stay! Hotel staff very communicative, the ryokan room was beautiful and the private onsen was sooooo nice. Breakfast in the ryokan was delicious too! There is a shuttle bus that can take you to the main area as the ryokan is up a steep slope.

Great food and cozy ryokan.

Staff were helpful and explained everything about the rooms in the ryokan including how to use their jacuzzi shower. you can choose a pillow to suit you and they will deliver to the room. Transport pick up and drop off were also very fast and efficient. Dinner was fabulous! Best beef I had ever eaten!

We"ve been visiting Arima-onsen and Hanamusubi for several times already and this town and ryokan is always special to us. We always feel home at this ryokan by the friendly, polite and professional staff. Our favorite room with our own private onsen is just amazing and has all the amenities we need for our short stays. To really enjoy the town, the onsen water and this ryokan, highly suggest to stay at least two days to enjoy different kind of breakfasts and dinners served. Thank you to the staff of Hanamusibi and looking forward to visit you again soon.

Great ryokan stay with kids!

Staff service is very kindly. We were able to enjoy our dinner in-room with our 4 months old newborn without creating a fuss to the surrondings. The onsen facilities is very good and hotel staff is flexible to adjust according to our needs. Superb experience!

Amazing experience. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the meal is delicious if you are into traditional Japanese style meal set. We had private spring room and it's really good. One thing to notice is that the hotel needs to confirm some details in advance, like selecting meal time if it's booked. Due to technical problem with hotels.com, they can't receive the response message, so I need to call them directly. I asked my previous hotel front desk to help and it's very smooth. Otherwise you will choose at check in but your preferred time slot might not be available.
