Absolutely amazing and highly recommend! From the friendliness/helpfulness of the staff, to the cleanliness of the property and all the amenities, everything was perfect! 10/10!!! The staff spoke or understood english which made communication very easy, they have a shuttle bus that will take you wherever and pick you up, free coffee/tea/juice in the lounge, free laundry (2 washers/dryers, dryers take 1-2 hours to dry). We stayed in one of the suites and it had complimentary drinks in the fridge, tea/nespresso on the counter and some arima onsen cookies! The staff gave us a tour of our room during our check in and showed us how to book hot springs. There’s 8 total to choose from (4 indoor/4 outdoor), you can book your first session immediately at check in then once you’ve used your reservation you can immediately book your next one through a QR code. Highly recommend outdoor #2/#4, they were our favorites! We stayed for 2 nights and it was perfect. Again, I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Arima onsen area!!! Thank you for making our honeymoon special!

Rooms very super clean. We stayed in rm. 411 and the outdoor onsen was indescribably amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They offer shuttle within the onsen area which is super helpful. The onsen experience was amazing. Tho’ a bit pricey, I will definitely stay here again as a treat. The Kaseiki dinner was also amazing. It was a lot of food. Almost like tapas as there are many small portions (11 courses in total). After dinner, another onsen. Out of this world experience!

Utterly sublime experience! We booked a fantastic spacious room with private onsen, worth every penny for the extraordinarily comfortable room — but the in-room onsen (while handy) isn’t necessary for privacy because the larger (indoor and outdoor) onsens get booked for private use anyway. The entire experience is blissful, including the wonderful meals. One night is nice but two provides a really restful stay.

We stayed in a room that had a silver spring onsen in the room. It had a kitchen in it as well and the pictures don't do it justice. It is huge with everything you need. The coffee maker is Espresso. They refill the capsules on request but if you have favorite capsules, bring some to enjoy. From our first contact with hotel personnel, we had an excellent experience. Very friendly, hospitable staff. We also used the hotel onsens on both the first floor and the fourth floor. All were impeccable and both the gold and silver onsens were very soothing. The onsen in the room is basically for one person at a time but plenty big enough for one person with a nice headrest designed into the marble spa tub. The hotel van is always available within a few minutes and the drivers are happy to take you anywhere in the Arima area. I recommend the ropeway. It is a BEAUTIFUL journey over the forested mountain. Not to be missed. Another bonus is the coffee/tea/juice bar in the lobb that also has delicious hot cocoa - and on the end of the bar is a freezer with small ice cream bon bons. Yum. Great place to go in the evening. It may seem that the hotel breakfast is expensive given most prices in Japan - but the breakfast is almost more than you can eat and is in the gourmet class. Definitely worth the money. Super tasty and very filling. Each person receives two large trays of various Japanese breakfast dishes. This hotel is smaller than most in the Arima area - more quiet and private.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. The shuttle bus picked us up from the train station within 10 minutes. Our luggage was already at the hotel and placed in our room. Our room was ready early so we were able to go and rest a bit. We chose a room with a private onsen which was amazing after a very long day of walking. We reserved the private onsen with both types of onsen water and used that one the first evening. The area around the hotel is very hilly so the shuttle was great.

We had a wonderful stay, and here's why: - The rooms were immaculately clean, and the staff were attentive and caring. - Every detail was thoughtfully considered to ensure our comfort. - We enjoyed the breakfast twice, and it was a great experience - simple yet satisfying. - The onsen facilities, both indoor and outdoor, were clean and spacious.
