The hotel building is by no means new, and the facilities in the rooms are far from state-of-the-art. However, the rooms are spacious, the accommodation fees are very reasonable, and the location is highly convenient, being just about two minutes from Koshien Station. There’s even a shopping mall between the hotel and the train station.

It was convenient location for access to transportation and in a quiet location. 2 malls close by as well as convenience stores and shops. Older property but pretty well maintained. Breakfast buffet was convenient and large assortment for family. Not modern and flashy but god value we would return again.
