I had a really good time, this hotel is very near from sannomiya station, sannomiya shopping street and the view from the hotel is also great. Staff is really helpful and polite. Of course the room is smaller but that’s I think the case everywhere in Japan. Overall it was a really great experience.

初めての神戸遠征でポートライナーの駅から近くファミマもあったためホテルとフェスの拠点には良かったです。シャンプーバーや無料のドリンクがあったのは良かったが部屋に持って帰るのには厳しかった。部屋に準備されていたのは粉末のお茶のみ。ティーパックやコーヒー粉末が欲しかった。ユニットバスの壁に髪の毛が3本付いていたのと冷蔵庫が全く冷えない。ベッドのライトも隣のベッドの方しか点灯しない。が全体的には良かったため また使わせて頂こうと思います。

今回で2度目。フードオプションは使わず、飲み物がセルフであるのが助かりました。家族3人トリプルのお部屋、1つはエキストラですが、私がエキストラ使ったので、気にならなかったです。シングにうるさい夫と子どもは快適だったようです。(他のホテル時は身体痛いって言ってた事が多かったので)空気清浄機もあり、匂いもなかったし。快適です♪ シャワーの水圧が低いのでそれが気になりますが、(ホテルではこれが普通なので仕方ないかも)ラインで事前にチェックインとっても楽でした。ありがとうございました。
