The ac wasn’t cold. The filter was caked with dust. The room was fine just a little older but clean. Just wished the ac works properly.

Hotel and staff were both great. They helped us and they were kind. Rooms are wide and relaxing ! The only bad points were shaver's quality and toothbrush's quality! Brush was too hard. I can not use it. Bringing your own brush is a must. And the beard shaving razor was very bad. You can not cut your beard. They must change them immediately! Other than these small problems,hotel was good! I can go there again for sure!

三宮駅からは10分くらい歩きます。新神戸駅からだとタクシーで1300円くらいでした。化粧水などのアメニティはありませんでした。とても安く泊まれたので満足しています。
