All Staff are very kind and helpfull.

Room are spotless, clean and comfortable. Public spas are very good, amenities are very well prepared. Should have shower cap. Staff are very nice and helpful. I lost my stuff, staff in dining area and front are very helpful. They tried to find it and return to me at my room. I am very appreciated for your kind effort. I did not know there names because everyone are very eager to help. Please give my thanks to all of them. I don't like buffet style. I prefer kaiseki dinner and breakfast. If you have kaiseki dinner and breakfast, I will stay with you again.

Highly recommend "Ren"

Everything is very good, very comfortable to stay there. It is a bit far from city centre, but because of this, we can enjoy the seaside area. Onsen is pefect, room is big, clean.

Jackhammers and tugboat.

Before booking please be aware that you might end up with a view of a construction site and woken up at 7am by a noisy tug boat and enjoying the rest of the day of listening to jackhammers. I'll never stay here again.

a hidden gem

We booked the Harbour suite which was super spacious. We loved the private onsen which was really large. The spring water was a bit to hot for our liking . The buffet dinner was worth every cent. A proper Japanese expereince in food and culture. It felt like we were the only foreign tourists staying here which made it really unique like we had found a hidden gem. After dinner we went for a walk along the promenade which goes around the hotel. It was at least 800m long and was really nice walking besides the water with wonderful night views of kobe tower and surrounds.

False advertising. The hotel advertised as adult only onsen but there were few children running around & shouting or playing with their iPad loudly in the restaurant. Nothing was done to stop them. Had I known, will not pay to stay here. The food are way below average.

Great hotel, strange SPA

A great hotel located by the bay in the city. The room was really big and nice with a balcony facing the harbour. How ever we where very surprised when the reception told us that the check-in time was 17:00 (5:00pm). We then showed them that the check-in time in our booking was 15:00 (3:00pm) they let us check-in at 15:00. Very strange with no explantion. Then they charged us extra for beeing having a better view. How ever we never asked for this. When it comes to the SPA, it was quite a disapointment. Men’s and Women had separate pools. So since we wanted to spebd time together we went to the outdoor pool, that was not included in the original SPA-price. So we ended up paying extra for going to the pool at a SPA-hotel!? Not a big fee, but just very strange. So if you are looking for a really nice hotel you should really stay here. But if you are a couple that wants to enjoy the SPA together, go somewhere else

少し早めに到着したら、チェックイン前のお風呂の利用をご案内してくださいました。 お部屋で食べるケーキを持ち込みましたが、チェックイン時間まで冷蔵庫で預かってくださり、お皿とフォークのご用意までしてくださいました。 スタッフの皆様がとても親切でとても心地よく過ごせました。ありがとうございました。又、利用させていただきます。

設備はとても良かったです。三人で利用しましたが、三人目のベットは通常サブベットになるケースが多いですが、ベット部屋と畳部屋があったので、畳に布団を敷いてくれて過ごしやすかったです。アメニティも部屋にも大浴場にも設置してあったので、こだわりが無ければ持参する必要もないです。小さいお子さんがいらっしゃる方には申し訳ないですが、子供NGだったので静かでした。設備等では、氷機が2階にしか無かったので少し不便でした。あと今回最大の難点は、シャトルバスの案内が無かった事です。到着時はタクシー利用だったのでシャトルバスが何処に来るのか知りませんでしたし、フロントでも案内はありませんでした。翌日利用しようと思いロビーで待っていても何も案内も無く、時間になっても無かったのでフロントに確認したら、バス乗り場は入口の車止めでは無く別のところで、すでに出発してしまっていました。シャトルバスがある事もホテル選びでポイントとなっていましたので残念でした。到着時に場所の案内があっても良かったし、案内板にもホテルの乗り場の記載があっても良かったと思います。また、出発5分くらい前に「シャトルバスご利用のお客様は出発時間になりますのでバス乗り場へお急ぎ下さい」等の案内があってもいいと思います。次の時間まで待てなかったので、フロントの従業員がタクシーを呼んでくれましたが、余計なタクシー代金がかかってしましました。 全体的に従業員の対応がいまいちでした。3階のお食事処では注文を何度も聞き直し覚えられなかったり、大浴場ではこちらに声をかける時に「恐れ入りますが」「誠に申し訳ございませんが」とかの枕詞を言えないとか、そういう点はもう少し教育が必要だと思いました。 高級ホテルだと思うのでとても残念でした。

お食事も眺望もサービスもとても良くて久しぶりの蓮を満喫させて頂けました。 初めて蓮に行く友人も感動してくれて、こちらに来させていただいて本当に良かったです。 車2台で行きましたが、チェックアウトの時に駐車代に誤りがあったのですが、部屋に忘れ物もあったのでそちらを持ってきていただいたりで終始誠実に対応していただけて大満足な時間でした。
