Conveniently and strategically located near Chinatown and within walking distance to high-end shopping and major attractions. The hotel is older but well maintained and very clean. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they are functional and tidy. The reception team and staff are welcoming and professional, and the pricing is fair for the location and overall experience.

Great stay here in central Kobe! Loved that it was right next to Chinatown and close to public transit options. Perfectly comfortable room and facilities as well. Staff was very kind and helpful too, would definitely stay again.

The location was very convenient to shopping, dining and the waterfront. I felt like I'm never more than a few minutes of where I want to go by simply walking. Rooms are nice and staff are exceptional. On certain hours, guests can use their cafeteria for free coffee and tea. Would recommend.

The hotel is central and right next door to Chinatown; minutes from a metro, JR line and buses: opposite a branch of the store Daimarou. A 10 minute walk to the City Museum too. The reception staff were efficient and friendly and went the extra mile to help out with problems. It was nice to have a spacious lounge area with complimentary tea coffee juice most of the day. Some people will miss the usual spacious bath tub but the shower room was super efficient.

Tired...

A bit tired Japanese business hotel i Kobe. The location is good, very close to JR Motomachi station and very near to the Chinese town. They serve an omlett for breakfast. I asked for a sunnysideup instead but they decklined because it was not in a menue or rather not in a manual,, typical Japanese.. haha. The personels were also tired, not much motivated to work at the place, minimum service you shall meet.
