The location of the hotel and staff were friendly. We noticed our room(221) had several fruit flies/gnats on the sunny window, so the room could have been freshened up before pur stay. The rest of the room was clean, and the bed comfortable overall. The breakfast service was excellent both days. We would stay again, especially with the friendly and helpful staff.

A good stay at sander Hotel in Koblenz

It was a good stay at sander Hotel in Koblenz. The hotel room cleaning folks were a little overzealous at arriving at 7:55 a.m. to clean rooms. The hotel was nicely located to restaurants, shops and attractions, and the room was fine.

Good value, great breakfast

We arrived early but things were moved around (I think) and we were allowed to check in immediately. The room was spacious and quiet with a view of the breakfast terrace. Breakfast itself was amazing, don't miss it!

Great hotel in a good location

Great hotel - really good location in the centre of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were a really good size and bathroom was also good with a lovely shower and room for toiletries. The hotel is opposite a really handy shopping centre and near city centre car parks, which was useful as there's no reserved space at their own car park and it show as full several times.

Finding the hotel was a breeze. Checking in was quick and easy. The person who checked us is in was friendly and provided us with a map and directions to the main haupstrasse district and attractions. The room was large and clean. Breakfast was great with many options. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and professional. We would definitely stay again here. Highly recommended.
