With 90 square metres of space, the duplex offers plenty of room for socialising as well as quiet retreats.

The upper floor houses the bedrooms and the large bathroom. In the master bedroom with a king-size bed, you can recharge your energy for new adventures, and the 2x2-metre bed invites you to dream. The spacious walk-in closet offers plenty of storage space for luggage, shopping, and your own clothes. The “small” bedroom features two single beds and another closet. The spacious bathroom, equipped with modern fixtures, features a walk-in shower, heated floors, a towel rack, and a heated towel rack.

Life happens on the lower floor: the living and dining room form the heart of the apartment. An extendable table seats up to six guests, and the cosy couch is perfect for spending an evening or two. If that’s not enough—despite the large French doors leading to the balcony—you can make use of the balcony, which feels like an extension of the living room. This may be due to the balcony rug, the rocking chair, or simply the attention to detail. The fully equipped kitchen also opens off the living and dining room. It is fully stocked. In addition to pots and pans, sharp knives, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator and freezer, there are two coffee machines—one from Senseo, the other a high-quality portafilter machine. Finally, there’s a guest bathroom on the lower level of the maisonette, so you don’t necessarily have to go up to the upper floor.

There’s underfloor heating and exterior blinds throughout, so you can dim the light in the sun-drenched apartment when needed. Our accommodation is centrally located right in the heart of the Old Town, with restaurants and plenty of shopping opportunities. There’s plenty of parking available in three car parks within a 200-meter radius. If you’d like, you’re just a few steps away from the hustle and bustle and the sights.
