"Good location, shops restaurants nearby. Has a small kitchen, so you can have coffee and tea and cook small meals. Beach view is partial, but very beautiful. "

"I requested a king side bed ; family room and gave me to twin beds together. This is not considered a king bed. The other room was as requested and paid for. "

"The only thing we liked about this hotel is surprisingly good bed and great breakfast! Other than that it’s very old and dirty. But location is amazing! "

"Beautiful location right across from the beach. Great view of Batumi from our balcony. Really enjoyed the cafe on the property, we were there every day for coffee and the sandwiches were surprisingly good as well. It’s a new property with some construction happening, but nothing that disturbed our stay aside from a few quick power outages. The staff was very helpful and communicative, with special thanks to Nikoli in particular. They even accommodated a late checkout on our last day, which we greatly appreciated. We would stay here again if we return to Batumi."
