過ごしやすい風情のあるホテル

入口の門や敷地内の庭園など風情があり天然温泉♨️、露天風呂も静かで気持ち良く過ごせた。ただ部屋のバスルーム内が少し臭くバス用カーテンが生臭かった。クリーニングや脱臭をした方が良い。

老舗の宿で温泉もあり、全体的には満足です。スタッフの対応や感染症対策も万全でした。ただ、露天風呂の天井にクモの巣があったり、大浴槽の温度表示版が取れかけていたり・・・もう少しお客目線での清掃を心がけて欲しいです。

立地は中心地からも近く、便利です。部屋はホテルの外観よりもはるかに小綺麗で十分に満足です。高知においては数少ない天然温泉の宿です。
