This place is away from town, kinda secluded. We have visited twice and will go back again. Our first visit was quiet, no cable, wifi, cell service, or internet; our girls realized what life use to be like, but they did survive. Since then it has been upgraded to tv, cell service, and I believe internet. It is quiet, no one to bother you. Not much noise except you can hear the interstate traffic, but still not loud. We enjoy it so much we just hang out enjoying each other as a family, this doesn't happen at home. Its only 2 hours from our home, it is a relaxing place with a fire pit & a grilling area across the creek. There's an outdoor shower with hot water and a hot tub. Amazing place, not too far from Pigeon Forge, just out from the Sieverville/ Kodak exit 407. Karen is a great host/ manager that we would like to call our friend. She is a great person and very welcoming, friendly and only comes around to welcome you in, but we felt very comfy being around her we invite her and her daughter to come hang out with our family. She comes and goes past the cabin mainly to the driveway, never bothering a soul, but will speak if she sees you. There are pigs over across the driveway, fenced in and kinda cute, but there are pigs. Everything is very clean and home like, except it has a loft, not individual bedrooms. We actually enjoyed having our daughter close to us, even though we are all adults. I hope whoever stays here enjoyed their stay as we do. See you again soon.
