The rooms were spacious, elegant, and very comfortable, making it perfect for families. The property feels premium, calm, and well maintained. The morning buffet breakfast was a highlight — a lavish spread with fresh South Indian favorites, live dosa and egg counters, continental options, fresh fruits, pastries, and great coffee. Everything was high quality, hygienic, and beautifully presented. The staff were attentive and very helpful, especially with children. The dining area was spacious and relaxed, making breakfast enjoyable even during peak hours. Overall, a refined luxury experience with warm hospitality and great food. Highly recommended for families and vacation stays."

The staff at the restaurant were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job daily. The staff at reception and the man who assisted with the luggage were also pleasant and helpful. The rooftop pool was well maintained. As far as pricing goes, I don't have much to compare it to since that was the only Hotel I stayed at in Kochi but I do know I can get similar quality for less in other places. With all things considered I highly recommend Ginger Kochi, Kalamassery. "
