The hotel was very clean! The food, breakfast and dinner was extraordinarily delicious. And the onsen was extremely relaxing! They also offer spa services, a masseuse that will come directly to your room! And the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. What a great relaxing time!

Very good location, it’s right in front of a bus stop that takes you to the main spots and a 6 min walk from the train station. Hotel was very clean and the Onsen was lovely, very calming. You don’t need to cover your tattoos, so this is a great spot if do have them!

Room was nice and cozy. Staff was lovely. She made recommendations on the restaurants and even called the restaurants to make recommendations. The hotel and the most amazing onsen with Mt Fuji view. Definitely check it out!

Great hotel room, with an amazing view of Mt Fuji. The staff is also very friendly, the room very comfortable and the breakfast buffet was a great choice with many different dishes and local food. Highly recommend!

Rooms are on the small side, but that's expected in Japan. Breakfast was very crowded at all times, but good food. I was "invited" out at 10:00, which I did not expect. Great location if you have your own car, else there's quite a drive to everything else. The view from the Fuji rooms is incredible.

The food is wonderful! As a chain hotel , i wasn't expected the stay, but turns out both dinner and breakfast was above expectation and outperformed other traditional ryokan in my opinion.

I had an excellent stay at HOTEL MYSTAYS Fuji Onsen and would like to especially thank Ms. Sakahara, the front desk receptionist. She went above and beyond to help me recover a suitcase I accidentally left on the bus from Shinjuku. She was warm, professional, calm, and proactive, immediately contacting the bus company and station to assist me. Her excellent communication skills and genuine care turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. She is truly an outstanding employee and a great representative of the hotel. Combined with the comfortable rooms, relaxing onsen, and overall high quality of service, I would confidently give this hotel five stars and highly recommend it.
