Hotel staff were friendly and courteous. Our room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Hot spring was excellent, relaxing in outdoor one looking up at stars was fantastic. We also enjoyed the breakfast very much…so many choices of delicious food including desserts.

娘と孫2人連れて行きました、ファミリールームは清潔できれいでした。ラウンジや 子供たちの遊ぶ場所も多くて、温泉も広くて清潔でした。食事も種類も多くて美味しかったです。子連れには良いですが大人だけのゆっくり旅には向いてない感じです。

まずは不満に感じた点です。 サービスについて。 夜のラウンジ（ナイトキャップ）ですが、ウィスキーとかのスピリット類しかありません。風呂上がりのビールも楽しめず、通常飲むワインを楽しみながらまったり過ごすことができませんでした。これでは「オールインクルーシブ」の価値が半減ですね。なぜスピリットしかおいてないのか目的はわかりませんが、「オールインクルーイブ」を「売り」にしているのならば誰からも不満がでないようなメニューにしていただきたいと思います。これにはがっかりしました。 施設について。 利用した皆さんの口コミでよく見かけますが、食事会場が２会場に分かれており、それぞれ置いてある食べ物が違うので、ぞれぞれの会場を行き来しなければならないのは不便に思いました。 設備について。 バスルームが狭く便器もわずかに傾いておりトイレ利用時に使い心地悪かったです。バスルームスペースの設計上ぎりぎりで設置したという印象でした。 あとは概ね満足です。口コミでみられるような小さなお子さんを野放しにしているような親御さんの家族に悩まされたり、行く先での大混雑に困ったりすることはありませんでした。ある程度覚悟はしていましたが、連休前の平日に行った事とマナーや躾の良い親御さんが多かったおかげで不快な思いはせずにすみました。

小学3年生と、3歳の子供をつれて宿泊しました。子供たちは終始楽しく過ごせたようで、とてもよい思い出ができました。 そして夕食、朝食共にバイキングの種類はとても豊富で、それぞれのクオリティも高くどれもおいしかったです！ 清掃面だけ、お部屋の冷蔵庫の中が汚れていたのが残念だったのと、大広間にも子供がこぼしたであろうドリンクのあとがずっと残っていたのが気になった点です。
