"Flash hotel with an incredible view! Each place has got a bath tub on the balcony. The rooms are newly renovated and as everyone says they have an open bar and they allow you to take drinks upstairs, didn’t eat at restaurant. Everything closes nearby at 2:30 so I suggest you bite the expensive bullet and get the meal plan. Location is great inbetween dogashima and zojima. Definitely geared for Japanese couples. Public was clean and also had a nice view. It’s one of those places you would...

"We really enjoyed our stay and the hospitality. The Breakfast and Dinner were amazing. The newly renovated room is also very nice. The older japanese room is very big and good for big family, but slightly further from the lobby. "

"Service was excellent. Stayed two nights here and arrived around 6pm on the first day by bus — Heda is a small town so taxis stop very early, I called the hotel and they sent a shuttle to come down and pick us up! They also offer to shuttle you places if you are not able to reserve meals, so if you plan to dine in the hotel definitely try and do it far ahead"

"What a decadent experience in low-key, authentic Japanese style. Not a detail was spared in the gorgeous historic building and lush forest grounds. The several course meals were outstanding, served in our private dining room and the staff was beyond helpful and gracious. The multiple onsens on property were beautiful and healing, you can even reserve one for an hour of private use. To get there, board a shinkansen and get off at the train station that is about 25 minutes away from the hotel and...

"I had booked this hotel thinking it was standard, but it was Japanese style: tatami floor, floor mattress, and no private bathroom (shower). The room did have a toilet, sink, closets, tv, electrical kettle, etc… yet despite not having my own shower was not a big deal. They offer bathhouse: very clean, spacious, with multiple pools (hot water) cold tub, sauna and even an outdoors onsen! Overlooking the river! Fall asleep sleep to a running river, and waking up to it was so soothing. The staff was...

"Excellent view and unique experience for clamping. We asked in advance whether there’s toilet and bathroom inside the dome and the answer is “yes” . Turn out only shared outdoor bathroom and toilet is available . Maybe it’s because Staff don’t speak fluent English but it’s fine . I love the venue and the bbq and breakfast served by myself very much. Happy that it’s not yet occupied by overseas tourist and excited to explore this new place in Japan. "

"Great facility, service and meals. Especially appreciate the front desk and restaurant staff who helped me find my lost purse and passport before checkout. It is really essential for our continued trip in Japan."
"The rooms are absolutely amazing and unbelievably beautiful. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The breakfast was very nice and traditional. They also provided traditional robes, socks, and sandals to wear to breakfast. There is not a lot of dining options around or much to do. If you have time, take a taxi to the bel-air park. I will definitely visit again. "
"A pleasant and reliable stay. The hotel feels a little older in style but is clean, comfortable, and well kept, with friendly and professional staff. I liked the quiet ground-floor entrance that leads straight to the elevators, with reception on the second floor. There are no laundry facilities, which for me was a bit of a downside since I’ve been hiking from city to city and rely on being able to wash clothes regularly. It’s a short walk to the station and nightlife, and the view of the city with Mount Fuji in the background is beautiful. I would happily stay here again."
"Tu en room was absolutely stunning with the private hot tub.
Don’t bother eating there though. It s a waste of your money.
The shuttle was very convenient to get to the train station and visit."
