"The bathrooms are tired & have broken fixtures. Linens need replacing. The pool area is overgrown & therefore gets no sun at all. The staff were friendly & the location good."

"The location of the property is excellent. The White Sand beach is a wonderful beach with soft sand and calm waters. You are very close to restaurants, bars, and stores. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is extensive and delicious. The arrival cold towel and cold tea is a very nice touch. It can be a little pricey by Koh Chang standards. Would definitely go back if the price is right."

"Room and views were nice. Pool bar and drinks prices was good. Facilities were limited, breakfast just OK, a lot of plastic and rubbish on the surrounding beaches. I was expecting nice white sandy beaches but instead there were a lot of shells and rocks. No shuttle from hotel to White Sands and taxi was THB500 each way! "

"For me it was always the beach. The cottages and amenities were worn out and old! The beach was great. Compared to alot of other locales on Koh Chang it was peaceful and the beach was clear of rocks. The food was okay."

"My room was clean. The staff was incredibly nice and friendly location was perfect. The view was exactly what I wanted. My only complaint was the bed was as hard as a rock went to the local store and bought myself a topper fix that problem right away."

"The room was very large with a couch and chair, the patio was also a good size with table and chairs. Breakfast buffet was awesome as was the whole property. Amazing sunsets. "
