This place was the perfect location and really nice rooms. I must mention the bathroom as it was absolutely spotless. As was the rest of the room. Nice big fridge. Nice balcony. Lovely people Definitely would recommend

not the young girls or for families

the lady was quite rude and couldn't find our reservation, so she hadn't made a room ready for us. she didn't speak english. there was a invasion of small bugs in the bathroom, so we didn't really wanted to go in there. it was close to the beach and the area was for bar and "massages", so there was soooo many western men in the area

GIVE THE LADY A PAY RISE

from the minute we arrived the lady on reception was so helpful she also stays in the hotel and runs the whole show reception cleaning and even laundry .the laundry was so cheap and back to you in 4 or 5 hours soft and ironed.i stayed with my thai wife and her niece for 15.5 english pounds an absolute bargain 10 min walk from the beach and if you want plates or cutlery she will lend them to you so you can eat take away food in the comfort of your air con room.ENJOY YOUR STAY WE DID .

vi bodde här 4 nätter i mars. bokade sista minuten då vi behövde nytt boende omgående och även om bokningen inte gått igenom till hotellet än så ordnade de ett rum. sen såg vi inte så mycket av personalen Där. hade ett bra rum med nytt vatten varje dag. balkong och rent.tog max 5 minuter till stranden och gott om restauranger och barer utanför dörren. helt okey boende.

Last minute booking

Booked last minute because we preferred lamai beach over the busy Chaweng Beach. Great location, only 5 min walk from the beach. Super clean, good AC and friendly staff. Would definitely book here again.

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstraße.Bis zum Nachtleben,Restaurants sind es nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg.Der Strand ist auch locker in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen.Preis-Leistung kaum zu schlagen in Lamai.

Great value!

Let's face it. This is a low buget hotel, with hardly any extras, if any. Run by a lady and her daughter (?) it's still clean, comfortable beds, spacy rooms, WiFi working (sort of), quiet. No elevator (4 stories), no staff in reception after office hours, five minute walk to party district, another five to the beach. All in all a decent choise, not just for the budget traveller. Great value!

Hôtel super bien placé à 2 pas du centre et des commerces, tout en étant très calme. Les chambres sont grandes et très propres. Dommage l'accueil en arrivant très décevant, elle a du mal à sourire !!!

Nära till stranden, dock livligt område med mycket barer. Personalen pratade knappt engelska. Det var nära till matmarknaden och strand så till det priset låg hotellet bra till.

Das Mansion liegt 3 Minuten vom Zentrum Lamai und 8 Minuten vom Strand. Zimmer gross und sauber, A/C funktioniert, Kühlschrank vorhanden, Family Mart 3 Minuten.

Affordable hotel two blocks from the beach

I liked the fact that the hotel is at the quiet end of Lemai beach, only a couple of blocks from the beach with lots of food choices nearby and if the bar scene is your thing, plenty of bars and music near the beach.

Billigt, bra, bekvämt

Grym standard till ett bra pris! Jag och min pojkvän bodde här under en vecka och kan absolut tänka oss att Åka tillbaka. Det centrala läget med närhet till allt var oslagbart, avståndet till stranden var endast 10 minuter. Till det billiga priset på 1200 baht fick vi daglig städning, gratis vatten, gratis wi-fi. Det enda som är minus är att tv fungerade knappt, det fanns ingen saftybox på rummet (dock tillgängligt i receptionen) och personalen, de var inte så serviceminded men jag tror det snarare beror på bristfällig engelska. Annars har allt varit toppen! Rekommenderas starkt!

Gute Unterkunft, unfreundliche Verwalterin

BT Mansion ist eigentlich eine schöne Unterkunft. Auch der im Nachbarhaus wohnende Eigentümer ist freundlich und kooperativ. Gleiches kann man leider von der Hausbetreuerin des Hotels nicht sagen. Der Umgang der Dame mit ihren Gästen ist eine mittlere Katastrophe und nur wegen ihr würden wir dort nicht mehr buchen.

I picked this hotel overall for price and i was satisfied what i get. Room was cleaned every game. My biggest gripe was with doors to bathroom/toilet. They were so small and me as tall person hit that metal frame few times before i learned to bend every time.

Billigt på Lamai

Med tanke på hur billigt det är på BT mansion så är det otroligt bra, stora fina rena rum, cirkus 5 min från stranden med flertalet restauranger på vägen. Det enda man får vara beredd på är att man blir tvungen att gå igenom en bargata för att komma till hotellet. Trots det så är det otroligt tyst och lugnt.

Great location

Best location, 3 mins walk from main street in Lamai, which has cheap street food and bars aren't too busy. Super quiet and big rooms.

Horrible smell

The smell in the room was disguising. Sewer I think. I checked out early just to get away from this place.
