Beachfront 9BR Sunset Villas w/ Staff & Saltwater Infinity Pools

Two side-by-side luxury beachfront villas in Bang Makham, Koh Samui featuring stunning ocean and sunset views from every bedroom, two saltwater infinity pools with shallow kids area and jacuzzi jets, beautiful gardens, spacious outdoor living areas, and direct beach access onto a pristine, shallow beach (very safe for kids).

Our unique layout is ideal for two families traveling together or groups of up to 18 people, providing ample shared living space but allowing for privacy when it's needed.

The combined property consists of two modern absolute beachfront villas, one with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, the other with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.

The 5-bedroom villa has two en-suite master bedrooms with king beds in the front and three en-suite bedrooms in the back with queen beds. The master bathrooms each have dual sinks, a freestanding bathtub, and a rain shower. The remaining bathrooms have a single vanity & rain shower.

Each villa has a living room with a 65" TV and Bluetooth sound system, a dining area, as well as a full European kitchen with modern kitchen appliances including a Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine.

Each villa has a private 8x4m saltwater infinity edge pool featuring a shallow (50cm deep) kids' area and jacuzzi jets. The outdoor living area of each villa features a large sala, an outdoor dining table, an outdoor living area, and comfortable sunbeds. Each villa also comes with a rooftop patio to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or watch the stunning sunsets.

Behind the villas, there is ample secure parking for up to 6 cars (and many motorbikes), with additional parking available upon request.

The villas are fully staffed and offer daily housekeeping. Our staff will be available to assist with any guest needs from 9am to 5pm, 7 days a week.


The Neighborhood

Bang Makham is a quiet and safe, yet conveniently located neighborhood in the Northwest corner of Koh Samui. One of its most renowned landmarks is the Four Seasons Hotel Koh Samui, which in 2024 will serve as a filming location for HBO's global hit show The White Lotus.

Bang Makham is located along Samui's ring road between bustling Nathon town to the South/Southwest and the beautiful Bangpor Beach to the North/Northeast.

Bang Makham itself has a calm and shallow beach, ideal for small children, and features stunning views of the sunset, Five Islands, and Ang Thong Marine Park. Traditional Thai fishing boats dot the sea, while majestic cruise ships can often be spotted anchored off the coast, adding to the beautiful ocean scenery.

Other gorgeous beaches nearby include Laem Yai Beach (1-2 mins drive), Bang Por Beach (2-3 mins drive), Ban Tai Beach (5-7 mins drive), and Maenam Beach (8-12 mins drive). Each of these beaches offers a slightly different feel, so it's worth checking out all of them to find your favourite.

Nathon Pier with its ferries to the mainland (Donsak/Surat Thani), Koh Phangan, and Koh Tao is only a 5-minute drive away. There are also many excellent restaurants, cafes, and regular night markets located near the pier, as well as a large supermarket (Lotus) in the small neighborhood just behind it.

The nearest 7-11 convenience store is a 2-minute drive down the road (1.5km), and also offers delivery service to our villas for even more convenience.

There are several very good restaurants in the vicinity of our villas and others within a 5-10 minute drive. The Mud, which serves excellent Thai and Western food, is our next-door neighbor and is highly recommended.

Our villas are located directly on the beach down a gentle slope from the ring road which makes them very private and quiet compared to other properties that are closer to the road. The access to our villas is very easy, without the dreaded steep slopes many places in Samui are (in)famous for.
