Dear Casey, Thank you for your sincere review regarding the city hotel concept, it is true that the hotel is located in the prime city Chaweng hotel. I hope you may consider these room features as good as the Chaweng city hotel lifestyle, not the breach front resort style. Since the hotel is located inside the shopping mall yet near the local entertainment, there is the local rhythm coming along. We do hope you accept our sincere apology since it comes from the local nearby. COSI ideal is aimed to provide the convenient in a good location where near touristic attractions such as a beach, local entertainment, and the city shopping. For 150 rooms in the compound is counted as the big size hotel, which we remain to preserve the natural landscape by low-rise building along the hill curve, unfortunately, the hotel has into three building to save this earth care point. We do hope that the above clauses will give you the clarifications above your concerns regarding the directions and layouts. For the smart TV is able to link via wifi setting, unfortunately, we did not know that you faced the difficulties during your stay when we could not able to solve immediately to arrange our technician assisting you for mirroring function and streaming wifi download.
