Love the view, best view ever. Very stylish hotel, you will not regart to book i promise. Only one thing to noted is the transportation fee, the taxi drive charge higher because the hotel is on the mountain

Lovely view and breakfast. However quite far out. Not an issue if you like walking but taxis are quite expensive. Staff aren’t overly friendly. They get the job done but don’t add to experience.

Awesome location, cool rooms, friendly staff!
Hotel is awesome, staff is friendly and kind. Location of the hotel is really up in the hills, so you can have a cool view to the whole Fisherman’s village. Downside is that when riding a motorbike, it is pretty scary to ride at the hotel, especially during dark. Breakfast is delicious, from a la carte menu. Courmee-breakfast. Should be more fruits and berries available, though. Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful view and interior of the private hotel and amazing breakfast. Worth way beyond the price. I loved the upstairs jacuzzi and the pool view is great too. The only downside is it is expensive to travel anywhere but that's Koh Samui in general. Be careful if you rent a scooter!

Great hotel. The views from the room are spectacular and even on the roof top it feels very secluded and private! rooms are clean and spacious and extremely comfortable. Breakfast is good but there isn't any other food served throughout the day.

This is a unique property, perfect for the right vacationer, but a bit far from the action for revelers in beach and night life. It is located in the hills south of Fishrerman's Village, a bit too high for a casual walk though the distance is not far. It is easy to get into town by scooter, car, or taxi, but if you don't want to be bothered by these, you will have to order evening meals through hangoversamui.com The breakfast thst was included with our package was excellent, with the best coffee I hjave enjoyed after several weeks of Thai hotels and restaurants. The accommodations are unusual yet perfect for the setting The living spaces make me think of miniature well-appointed SOHO (NY) lofts-- elegantly designed while retaining elements of basic construction, such as pipes for shower and sink. A terrific view of the ocean and village rivals anything you have experienced in far more expensive hotels and is similar from every room. Your North wall is sturdy glaSS to create the panorama. Every room has fresh ground coffee and a French press, for me a big deal. The coup de grace is the second story of your mini-loft, accessible by a spiral stairway outdoors, where you find a large jacuzzi hot tub waiting for you and your faen. Perfect romantic getaway, thev Charming Fox will disappoint if you are expecting to walk out of your hotel onto a beach . The hotel is located on a hilltop, with no shops or restaurants around it, so the most convenient way to get to the town is by motorbike or a taxi. The staff leaves hotel at 10pm, and only one set of keys is provided per room, some strategizing is needed if you’re not planning to stick to your travel partner for the whole duration of your stay. The view from the room is amazing, rooftop tub is pretty neat, but the room looks a bit aged. I’m not talking rough luxury design, I’m talking big holes in the bathrobes and underside of the table peeling off. All in all, great for a couple of nights, but look elsewhere if you’re planning a longer stay.

A hidden gem 💎
What an amazing independently run Boutique hotel! A hidden gem of a place Our room was 1 of 3 on the top floor with and amazing view overlooking the dence trees and ocean. The balcony was really long with sliding doors that opened the length of the balcony. The room was comfortable and open plan with the shower situated in the corner and a separate WC room. A very well thought out hotel room and everything was perfect. Breakfast was served until 11:30 am which is great if you sleep in a little later than usual. The quality was excellent and the variety was good although you cannot get lunch or dinner but there are plenty of places to get lunch or dinner at Fisherman’s Village which is 10 mins away in the hotel’s car service. Breakfast was in the open plan reception/dining area next to the pool which overlooked the amazing view. It was a treat. The staff were great especially ‘AM’ who’s smile was lovely and she was always happy. I would really recommend this boutique hotel to anyone looking for an amazing quiet and relaxing stay in Samui, you won’t be disappointed. I’d love to stay again thank you 🙏

Feel like staying in a love hotel. Too many ants in the room, too slippery to step in/out the shower, green light from the wifi router on the ceil disturbs deep sleeping whole night. Nice lobby, friendly staff, wonderful view

Charming Fox was truly charming. The rooms are exactly as pictured, and the service is impeccable. The view is absolutely amazing, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is both romantic and luxurious. My only little remark is that the beds were a little bit hard (pillows were great though).

First time in Thailand and found the hotel was quite basic. Didn’t have access to a scooter and taxis were very expensive. Hotel didn’t offer much apart from an amazing view and nice jacuzzi but once the novelty wore off realised the hotel could do with a bar where guests could socialise. Hotel staff were very helpful and room itself was nice just lacked in entertainment. Good place to stay for a night and move on or if you plan ahead and visit shop for food/drink.

No small shower-head, only rain shower. Filling water in jacuzzi is rather slow. Very good breakfast except that they got fruits, but they don't put in on menu. Took us a while to figure that out. Everything in the hotel is good, except the location. You can't walk to the hotel at night. We had to rent scooter for the duration of our stay. Should be a free shuttle bus or something. Truly great coffee. Salmon burgers for breakfast - highly recommended. Stunning view from rooms. Very helpful staff.

Super stay here, although out of town, it was great for relaxing. We hired a scooter to get around which was ideal to explore and head into town and to the beach. Service was awesome, views and rooms are great and the food was superb.

Everything from check-in to check-out was amazing. James on the front counter is an absolute legend and extremely helpful! When we mentioned that we were impressed with the eco-friendly steps the Charming Fox was taking, he bombarded us with organic fruit (some grown on site) each day we were there :) The pool is great and reception/lounging area is amazing. We were told to treat it like home which included us buying beers and snacks from the local 7eleven and having them whilst chilling in the pool, which there was no issue with. The staff are also able to help organising transport for cheaper than local taxis and its all chargeable to the room so you just pay on departure. They also helped us organise a hire car which was reasonably priced and dropped to the hotel and collected from our ferry terminal when we left the island.

Great hotel if you want exclusion. Takes about 15-20 minutes to get down to the village (fishermans village). All the hotel staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Stayed in one of the villas, and it was truly a good room for the money, modern interior with hot tub on the terrace above. Made to order breakfast every morning was nothing but delicious. This is not the hotel for those who want to be waited on every second as the reception closes at 10PM. Many insects on hotel propertly, but this is more than expected as you are in the mountains surrounded by trees and wildlife. Would reccommend

We had a lovely time at this hotel ! The room was great and the view is just amazing !!!! Only down side is that the shower could be better. Also, the hotel is up a hill and you have to include an extra budget go up and down to the village - use the taxi service of the hotel - it’s reliable and about the same price as other taxis. The staff was nice and the breakfast was the best !!!!

The units are private and offer a stunning view of Bophut Beach. The room was comfort and perfect for a couple to getaway and spend time together. The location is about a 12-15 minute ride from Fisherman's Village.

Great relaxing hotel
The Charming Fox certainly has the WOW factor. As soon as you go through the main door .........What a view. The room we had was huge, the bed was the biggest bed I’ve slept in. The room is open plan with bed at one side and a open shower wash basin on the other with table and settee in the middle. The full length sliding doors opened up to a balcony and jucuzzi bath, with an amazing view.

Beautiful place to stay with a view of the whole bay that you don't get from a beach resort. Waking up in the morning to the view and watching the stars from the jacuzzi bath at night .The staff were very helpful with everything we wanted to do and suggested some nice places too. The breakfast was excellent. The only down side is getting to it at night if you feel like a walk. No street lights, hilly and quite a few dogs that come out barking can be intimerdating. We would definitely recommend and stay there again

The view is just so nice from uphill. U can see the lights of bophut beach and shops. Own jacuzzi while enjoying the view. And the wind was so breezy that u dont need aircon.

If you looking for place to stay
This is my 2nd time to Samui. This time I just looking for the hotel for sleep and use all facilities. This hotel is the answer Bed Bath Jacuzzi View. The worst thing is there is no food shop around there but if you prepare before you arrived at hotel its cool!

Place is great no complaints. Room lobby number 1. I had one little incident where I got cut and the attendant apparently did not have the key to the office where the first aid kit was....that part I found weird...he did not want to be bothered it seemed. Empty offer to go to the 7 11 as well, he seemed busybwith his cell phone. No complaints about food or accomdation though. The view is also number 1.

Peaceful Honeymoon!
Amazing view! Beautiful location! Perfect for our honeymoon it was gorgeous to wake up to the view of Koh Samui every morning. My husband would wake up make himself a cup of coffee and just sit in the hot tub on the patio! It was perfect for relaxation. The transportation is a bit tricky since it is a bit far from the city, however, they do have a car service and Mel was excellent! We wanted to rent a scooter but James at the front advise us that it was pretty dangerous so we opt-out and ended up using the car service. Overall, the price we use for the car service was pretty close to what we would have to pay daily for a scooter rental. The only difference is that it limit where you can go. If you're looking for a relaxing time, this place is absolutely amazing! They also do not have any cable/tv channels so bring your laptop and a HDMI cable to look it right up to the tv. We actually just login to the Netflix and enjoy netflix with the gorgeous view :)

Lovely relaxing experience.
This was our first visit to Thailand following an overnight stop over in Dubai and we didn’t realise it was monsoon season, totally our own fault. We stayed for two nights and there was 100% cloud cover for pretty much all of the time here and very heavy showers and storms, not what we were expecting. However what should have been a huge disappointment turned out to be a fantastic relaxing experience. This Hotel is totally unique, set back from the coast with a very relaxed atmosphere and fantastic views. The host Haris couldn’t do enough for us and made us very welcome. We can’t wait to revisit but will make sure next time we visit the sun will be shining. The breakfast was delicious and the views are stunning from the room, restaurant or while relaxing in the hot tub on the roof terrace.

Great hotel, amazing view
Charming fox was a great place to stay. Hotel staff were great, view was amazing and the rooms very clean and also with an amazing view. Would recommend hiring a bike or car as the hotel is a bit off the main street and doesn't offer dinner but they do provide a taxi service (for a fee). Overall would highly recommend staying at the Charming Fox, great place.

High up on a hill. Sensational views.
We were upgraded to the love room which have private roof top jacuzzis. Rooms smell so divine . They are huge and clean with all the facilities. Exactly like the photos on the web site. No immediate neighbours. Set among banana palms. Excellent wifi, hot water and water pressure. Gorgeous toiletries. Most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed in. Not really walking distance to anywhere. Some taxis not keen to go there. There is a hotel taxi that can you anywhere st reasonable cost that you can bill to your room. Fishermans wharf costs 100 baht and has local shops, 7/11 and eating. Chaweng shops 300 baht. So hard to go back to Phuket and stay at another hotel.

Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer mit einer Atemberaubenden Aussicht. Die Anlage ist sehr schön, der Pool oben am Frühstücksbereich sehr einladend. Das Frühstück wurde frisch zubereitet man konnte sich sein Frühstück unter einigen Varianten auswählen. Weniger geeignet für Personen die nicht gut gehen können. Man muss viele Treppen steigen. Die Auffahrt ist nur mit einem Transfer, Auto oder Roller möglich

Très beau hôtel le petit déjeuner est vraiment délicieux. La vie est magnifique. Le personnel est serviable, nous avons trouvé le réceptionniste de nuit pas du tout agréable. Il nous a dit qu’il nous surclassé pour en fait nous sous classé on a du refaire un changement de chambre quand on s’en est rendu compte. Sinon tout était très bien
