"I had a horrible experience at this hotel. After an experience with bed bugs I always check the mattresses when I check in. I discovered the mattress was soiled with stains that appear to be urine. The stains covered the entire mattress. I was told by hotel staff when I asked to change rooms that all the mattresses look like this. I insisted to see another room and I was appalled that the mattress was in even worse condition. As a result I stayed in the original room and slept on top of the bedding for two nights. I contacted corporate and got a canned response that they will address this with housekeeping. No offer to compensate me for the stress this caused. These mattresses in this hotel need to be replaced immediately because this is a severe sanitation issue. I do not recommend anyone stay here."
