"Nice hotel "

"Located at the hilltop, the ryokan gave us serenity and calmness. I particularly loved the big terrace on the 1/F where we could see the city lights. Staff, Manager in particular, were extremely helpful. Dinner and breakfast were nice. "

"Room was spacious. Onsen was good. Great dinner at restaurant nearby. Staff is not 24-7 at the hotel. Self check-in and check-out at the machine, everything is self-served. Enjoyed quiet environment at the hotel for 2 nights. Good for refreshing trip."

Open air onsen was very nice Only issue was, there was no toilet inside the room which things a bit interesting at night when the human nature was calling. "We were unaware on our reservation through Hotels.com that our reservation included breakfast and dinner. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and dinner was basically the same every night - not what I am looking for in a vacation. Still the dinner is very good. Having said that, all the food is very Japanese, so not what all travelers can do. The hotel itself is gorgeous with amazing amenities.
