Motel 6 Bellville, OH - Mid Ohio
10/10 Excellent
"Driving across country, wanted a pet friendly hotel that wasn’t going to charge me $20 per pet. Late night staff were very friendly. Hotel has been remodeled. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. FYI to cat owners. They can get behind the bed frame and hide and there are two holes behind the locked sink in the bathroom that can climb into. This could be a huge problem for you if they’re scared and you can’t get them out. Block those spots before letting your cat out of the cage. If you’re heading east, stop at Grandpa’s Cheesebarn! Your wife will appreciate you!"
Comfort Inn Mount Vernon Downtown

Beautiful French Inspired Country Home Super Private River Views
10/10 Excellent
"House was fun to look through and the kitchen was awesome to cook in. Many thoughtful supplies were provided and the home was clean. Once we got up the bumpy driveway, the parking was workable for our three vehicles. We were expecting to enjoy water activity, but the river isn't conveniently accessible. There is a big walking trail we saw on our way in and could have tried. We mostly just enjoyed experiencing the roomy and interesting house and private yard and sitting by the campfire for the couple days we were there. Some of the old doors function. The small hot tub advertised isn't operational. We knew the upstairs bedrooms run hot in the summer so we brought fans, but there were some provided ready to use. Our family heartily approves this choice."
