I stayed here for 2 weeks and I can say this is my most favorite and best hotel in Tokyo! Staff are super friendly and they will help with laundry and luggage services. This is my go to hotel from now on whenever I come to Japan again! Thank you all so much for making me and my partner feel welcomed!

"While the hotel is not directly on the water or next to the kawaguchiko station, it offers free shuttle service to the station and has very close bus stops for the local sightseeing buses. The free breakfast is a great addition because there are not many breakfast options in the area for early starts. ..."
