Another great stay in a Taj property where staff delivers attentive service and makes your stay comfortable. Clean rooms, lovely facilities, great choice for breakfast. The hotel is walking distance from the Victoria memorial and the metro station on the blue line. It is however regrettable that maintenance falls behind in places which is unfortunately a let down in a hotel of its class.

Checked id booked a car to airport three times during stay and got told yes yet when I attended reception at 0545 they weren’t aware of a specific booking which I had done 3 times. Very frustrating. We had an excellent 2 day stay. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. We had the breakfast buffet which was very good although being Indian the masala chai did not hit the mark for me, otherwise everything else was excellent. They really try to ensure you have a good stay.
