  • Aloha and welcome to our condo in sunny Poipu, Kauai. This privately owned, well maintained air conditioned one bedroom unit is just Steps from the Beach!!!

    You can relax on the lanai while you enjoy the beautiful ocean view. It's perfect for couples and great for your honeymoon.

    The living room has great views of the gardens and the pool.

    You can hear the ocean waves from the bedroom at night or Relax on the Lanai with Beautiful Ocean View's. The kitchen is fully equipped with a standard 30' Stove and Microwave. New 40 inch LCD TV with HD channels for your enjoyment in the living room. In addition, I just installed a new 27 inch TV in the bedroom. All TV's have a Blue Ray player

    There are two sandy beaches across the street. Swimming with the sea turtles and observing the whales and monk seals is within 100 feet of the condo. Or, you can relax by the pool surrounded by tropical gardens while listening to the sounds of the nearby waterfall. The BBQ area is available for you to enjoy complete with picnic tables.

    There are a variety of outstanding restaurants in the Poipu area. Shops are just a few minutes away in Old Koloa Town or Poipu Shopping Village. Don't forget to visit Spouting Horn and the Botanical Gardens within walking distance. Just minutes away is golfing, tennis and horseback riding. At Kukuiula Harbor there is open ocean dives, ocean tours, sailing and sport fishing.

Beautiful condo great location

Enjoyed our stay. It was exactly as the pictures showed in the listing. Enjoyed eating breakfast on the lanai while watching the sun rise over a mountain to my left and the waves from the ocean to my right. Sunset was a very short walk to the beach. Perfect location to travel around the south and west side of the island.

Fantastic Condo and Location

The condo is fantastically stocked. There were coffee filters and other things needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with pans, tons of beach items and coolers. Also really liked having our own washer and dryer in the unit. The pool and location is awesome.

Great Location

The view was great of the oven and loved spending time on the deck for breakfast and dinner. Close to beaches and restaurants. Kitchen had double of everything. Bed was comfortable. Pool area was peaceful for just seating and reading a book. The office had a scale so we could weigh our bags.

Great home base for anniversary island adventure

Had a very memorable stay at our Prince Kuhio condo. Comfortable amenities, and it was pleasant to see all of the included items in the unit: especially the Tommy Bahamas beach chairs and umbrella and the boogie boards. So nice! Really enjoyed going home to it each night, and waking up to roosters crowing each morning. Thank you!

The kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals. The washer and dryer and a/c all worked perfectly. And the bed was comfortable. The only downside is having to go to the rental office to pick up and drop off keys.

We did not have hot water the last three days. Other than that, our stay was great and the house was well furnished with beach equipment including chairs, coolers and umbrellas. I especially liked all of the containers to store food. The location is unbelievable.

Only downside is having to stop by Management office in Luhie upon arrival after a long day of travel and especially when you're trying to make your flight as you depart the island. Wish they could jump into the 21st century and put a coded keypad. Or at least let you leave keys in the unit when you leave. Other than that, it was great. I'd stay again.

The kitchen is well stocked, AC is nice at night for comfortable sleep and furniture is comfortable. There is a nice breeze that blows through the condo making it very comfortable during the day without AC. There is a nice view of Prince Kuhio Park and the ocean from the lanai. The only negative from my point of view is uncomfortable chairs on the lanai. It was difficult to sit on the lanai for long periods because of the chairs.

Anniversary getaway

This property was perfect! The front and back views are fantastic. The beach is just across the street and was great for snorkeling. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the bbq area was great. The pool was clean and quiet.

You cannot beat the sunny side of Kauai in Poipu ...close to Waimea Canyon ... ocean excursions and great beaches...would DEFINITELY stay at thi condo in this unit again!!!!!

Great stay

Beautiful complex and condo. Condo was equipt anticipating all needs. Host's personal artwork was displayed throughout, a great adddition to beautifful decor. Close to all south shore destinations and the airport. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Cozy rental in great location

We really enjoyed our time here. The location is great and the apartment was clean with an ocean view from the back balcony. We appreciated the beach towels, chairs, and umbrella available for use. The only drawback was that the pool closes at sunset. Given that the sun went down at 6 o’clock that was really unfortunate and unexpected as most other places we have stayed have pools that are open until 9 or 10pm.

Beautiful, peaceful place on the South Shore

We had a wonderful stay in Prince Kuhio 213! The unit was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we could need. We ate all our meals on the lanai, watching and listening to the ocean. We especially enjoyed the owner's art in the condo, beautiful and added a personal touch. We've stayed in PK many times, but this was our first time in #213. Will definitely try to book it for our next trip. Thank you, Alan and Jolly!

Amazing views to be had with tranquil mornings

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect apartment with an amazing view of the ocean right off the bedroom. Every morning was spent on the balcony enjoying the beautiful sunrises while watching the parrots fly off to the mountains. The location was great as well, close to some action but far enough away we felt like there was seclusion. The historic park next door was beautiful as well. Inside there was everything we needed in the kitchen and then some. They had items we could use for fun in the ocean as well as entertainment for a night in. All in all this was a great place to stay and well worth the price.
