This large, beautifully furnished 4 bedroom/3 bath split level island home is located 50 yards from sparkling Baby Beach (a quiet, protected blue lagoon in the heart of Poipu Beach). Cathedral ceilings, large lanais and fans throughout make this tropical living at its best! Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two baths, living room with flat screen television, full kitchen, stainless steel appliances, wrap around lanais and ceiling fans throughout. Downstairs is a king bedroom with full bath and living area with flat screen television and pull-out sofa bed. Sleeps 10. Large private yard with lush landscaping. This home is located in the best area on the island in sunny Poipu/Koloa. We have renovated the interior with new paint, carpet, Travertine tile flooring, granite counters, cabinets, bathrooms/fixtures, and new stainless steel appliances. We have everything needed for your home away from home. We have plenty of beach toys and gear for our guests to use. Everything you need to enjoy your visit to Kauai. Amazing location and perfect for big family groups to stay. Host was easy to communicate with throghout the process. There were more amenities than I thought, like the kitchen was FULLY stocked with all types of toys and extra dried food. The downstairs also has a fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed using the BBQ grill and having walking access to Baby Beach was great. You could also easily walk to the stores (Longs) Can't beat the location, definite must book.

Great Beach Rental

Amazing location. Lovely rental near the beach. Close to shopping and restaurants. Plenty of room and privacy for a group of 5 adults.

Wonderful home for three families needs. Upstairs family members were uncomfortable as air-conditioning was not working well at all. One bedroom downstairs had an efficient air conditioner. Great supply of beach items...towels, toys, beach chairs, snorkels and even sunscreens. Toys and accessory for kids was a high help. Washer/Dryer didn't work well and left towels with an order. Many channels available on TV, which helped on rainy day. Location is spectacular. Other than sweating a lot inside, we loved our stay.

Perfect for our group

Loved the downstairs apartment for the family with the kids. We had everything needed for the baby including a stroller, walker, high chair and baby gate. We had everything we needed for the beach, dinners and just hanging out. I was so pleased with the short walk to the beach, the snorkeling and the sea turtles. We had so much room inside out out. Our only problem was trying to get all the beach towels washed and put away before our early departure the next morning. Would love to stay here again. An upstairs ice machine would be nice.

Family trip

This house is in the perfect location! We all came together for my fathers birthday and it was spacious enough for all of us! (3 small families). Loved that the kitchen was stocked with all necessities and some extras (air fryer!). It of course gets hot in the afternoon but that’s what Baby Beach is for! A quick dip and some fans and your good to go until bedtime when it cools down more. This is our second time staying here and we can’t wait to come back again!!!
