Beautiful unit in a favorite location on the south side of kauai. Close to beaches, restaurants,shopping and restaurants. The management company was very attentive with good communication. Our only issue was coming in August was a little uncomfortable because of no air conditioning in main areas although bedroom was comfortable. We knew this going in but would prefer staying in this unit during one of the cooler months.
Check-in was smooth and communication was excellent. We landed just after a tsunami warning and were given lots of guidance and helpful info to stay safe. When we arrived at the accommodations, we were greeted with Hawaiian music and a very nice note and bottle of champagne to celebrate our 10th anniversary which was a magical touch. The grounds were gorgeous and we loved being next to the pool, and a short walk to beautiful Poipu beach where snorkeled and admired all of the turtles resting and some monk seals too! The AC in the bedroom at night and window shutters for breeze during the day was very comfortable. No complaints at all. MAHALO for a wonderful place to hang our swimsuits during our adventure on Kauai!

Beautiful Furnishings but Bad Location
This is one of the best furnished condos we have stayed at in Kauai. The condo is large and everything is very nice. My first complaint is that it backs up against the pool and the landscaping doesn't give you any privacy if you want to use the lanai. Also, there is a lot of noise from the pool even at night so it was hard keeping the sliding door open. My second complaint is that the bedroom is right next to the trash containers and if you leave the windows open, there are some people who don't care and make a lot of noise throwing out their trash and recycling items. My third complaint is that the road noise starts at about 6:30 am almost every morning and with the windows open and being one of the buildings next to the road, you can't help hearing it. We were gone from the condo almost every day from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm visiting family, but these 3 things would keep me from staying here again.
This condo was perfect for our stay in Kauai. Close to beaches, restaurants and local attractions while still feeling quiet and homey. Parrish Kauai was easy to communicate with and they provided everything we needed.
The kids had a great time at this condo. Great location also walking distance to a kid accessible beach and playground. The pool on the property occupied the kids 2-3 times daily. Husband wishes the hot tub had been fixed and working. Hopefully by next time.

Fantastic unit and good location, not a bad walk to beach and park.
Other than having to hear every step in the unit above it was a great unit. Private location that felt secluded even with the pool being right there. We had a great time, loved the unit and everything that was included in it. Thank you!

The condo was large and open. Had great air flow which was perfect for the warm nights. Check in was easy and best of all, the beach was about a 4 minute walk down a well kept path. Beautiful!
