The Space:

The primary bedroom suite boasts a spa-like bath, while the other two bedrooms and a full bath are located on the opposite side of the house, offering privacy for everyone. Each bedroom is air-conditioned with split A/C units. Step outside to the covered lanai, which overlooks the private yard and BBQ area, perfect for relaxing with a book, playing games, enjoying outdoor dining, or sipping a drink. You'll be just minutes away from the Shops at Kukui'ula, Poipu Shopping Village, Kiahuna and Poipu Bay Golf, and various beach and ocean access points.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire house, including all listed amenities such as the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and outdoor spaces. Enjoy the BBQ grill, garden view, and free parking.

Additionally, the County Bus provides public transport, though it may not always be the most timely option.



Other Things to Note:

Please note: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. Please sign the Rental Agreement to receive arrival and departure instructions. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No pets are allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and on the lanai; a $350 cleaning fee will be applied for violations. Free parking is available on the premises and on the street.
