Welcome to your dream escape in Poipu Beach Estates! This beautifully upgraded one bedroom guest house is tucked away in a serene, palm-fringed setting that offers ultimate privacy and space to unwind in paradise.



The Guest house features one king bed and one queen sofa bed, a cozy space to experience island living at its finest! You will have your own fully stocked kitchen, 2 bathrooms with showers, a washer/dryer, a bbq grill to cook and relax on the outdoor patio along with beach gear to enjoy a day of adventure.



**Please note, you will NOT have access to the pool if the Main house is booked**



Air Conditioning- Hawaii is known for its trade winds. Many homes on Kauai have been designed for "open airflow" using screened windows and screened sliding doors, and DO NOT have air conditioning. Please be sure and confirm when making your reservation whether the home you have chosen does or does NOT have air conditioning. Depending on the season, or even the day, temperatures typically range between 74 to 84 for the highs, and 60 to 74 for the lows, year-round. Refunds or discounts ARE NOT given for lack of Air Conditioning in a property.



**Please note: There is a $75 Venmo fee for any check-ins arriving after 11pm. 

Any bookings longer than 7 days will be charged a $200 mid- cleaning fee. Our staff will come and do a "refresh" during your stay.

Lovely Clean Getaway Guest Home

Super Stylish clean getaway with all you need to do your own cooking and relaxing. Quiet. Beach chairs and washer/dryer a plus and easy check in. We would have liked to use pool and jacuzzi. The air is located in the bedroom only. There are fans throughout family room. Good WiFi and great location to explore the island by car.

We had a very nice stay here. Thank you so much. The only thing …..a little more stuff for the Chief :-) in the Kitchen ….pan and so on ; and we had not noticed that there wasn‘t a dishwasher . But everything else was beautiful .
