About this property

Live On the Ocean and Sleep to Surf Sounds in Idyllic Poipu. Trade Winds & AC.

  • Our comfortable, third-floor, south shore condo is right ON the ocean so you will SEE --and HEAR-- the sound of the surf as soon as you open your front door. The condo, with stylish, contemporary furniture, boasts a comfortable California king bed. Relax "at home" and enjoy the ocean while sitting inside or out on your lanai. Snorkel with turtles right in front of the condo (we sometimes see Eagle Rays in our bay, too)! This is one of the best shore dive sites on the island and our building is consistently rated as one of the best. The condo is nicely furnished so you can get down to the business of relaxing in comfort upon arrival. Come on in and make yourself at home! Most guests who stay in our Rising Sun Suite *do* return, btw....

What a find!! Every comfort was provided for our idyllic Poipu vacation. We warched the turtles swim every day from our private balcony. The kitchen was outfitted for every need, including sharp knives, appliances and barware. We love to purchase fresh local fish, vegetables and fruit..this condo felt like home in paradise. WE WILL RETURN!

It was our first time to Kauai and the suite was perfect for our experience. Sunrises were beautiful every morning and while we weren't able to snorkel in the bay due to the swell, we had a great time on the deck watching the myriad of sea turtles swimming in it. Denise is wonderful and showed the aloha that we so often forget in life.

Amazing location- saw sea turtles daily, monk seal, black crabs, snorkeling was excellent. Best place to watch sunrise (from balcony) and sunset (from condo grounds). Condo was well stocked with kitchen items and bath items. Having the beach umbrella and chairs, beach towels and cooler was so important and we appreciated having that available very much.

Perfect Retreat

This was a perfect place for us to relax and enjoy the beautiful island of Kauai. So close to the water and with the beautiful view from our balcony we enjoyed “staying in” for a few dinners. We would definitely recommend the location to friends and family looking for a place in Kauai.

Our experience at Denise’s Poipu condo was fabulous. The property sits about a bay and as you look out to amazing sunrises and watch turtles float along you are massaged by the rhythmic waves which was magicfor us. The modern style is welcoming and well equipped including beach chairs, rock shoes and towels. Being situated right next door the The Beach House restaurant was great for food, conversations and amazing sunsets. We had not been to Kauai for a number of years so we ventured out a lot leaving me a bit remorseful that I didn’t just stay at the condo and allow those waves to cover me with peacefulness with the needed self care of slowing down. We will return.

Beautifully decorated and clean, with waves and turtles to greet you off the lanai. Denise has everything you need in the condo, and is super responsive and friendly. We love this place and hope to be back soon. The 7:30 pm parrot show is an added bonus, and the location is great!

This condo was stunning, we loved the updated interior design of this place. The view from the lanai was amazing. The location of this condo is super convenient. The bed is very comfortable. They also had lots of beach gear which was much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!
