  • Our beautiful newly furnished luxury Condo is finest located at Regency @ Poipu Kai Resort. It is one of only a handful of air-conditioned properties on the Island of Kauai. Our Condo is on the 2nd & 3rd floor with a fantastic view of the mountain range. The resort is located just a short stroll to several world class beaches including Shipwreck Beach, Brenneckes Beach and Poipu Beach which makes them the perfect location for any size group or family. If you have younger children along for the trip you won't find a more perfect children's beach than the little beach formed between Brennecke's and Poipu beaches. Protected from the surf by a natural rock outcropping and featuring a very shallow and gently sloping beach, the children will have a blast!

I would highly recommend this condo in south Kauai. It was very clean and in a perfect location within walking distance to multiple beaches and a beautiful hiking trail. It was also well stocked and the beds were super comfortable.

The condo was perfect for our family of seven. It was very clean and well stocked, within walking distance to Poipu Beach where we all got to have a puka dog, and a five minute drive to old town Koloa. Great Condo at Poipu Kai

This is our second multi-generational family trip and stay at the Regency at Poipu Kai. The condo was great, it had everything we needed for our trip. The only (very nominal) downside was the unit was along the main road, which we didn't realize, but that didn't detract from the location or the trip at all. We would stay again!

Fantastic Poipu home

Jennifer's home in Poipu was the perfect location for our family vacation. The house was exactly as described, well-equipped, spacious, clean, with cool A/C, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Location close to Poipu beaches could not be better. Family time in Poipu

4 adult couples and two infants. Great condo. Would highly recommend. Lots of chairs, umbrellas and water toys available for use. Kitchen amply supplied with cooking gear. Nice big dining table. Upstairs loft/bedroom is very nice with privacy screen, but should be taken into consideration if a couple is planning on staying in that space. All bedrooms had king beds! Would stay here again with our family and close to the beach.

So Glad We Tried VRBO

Aloha, Being first time VRBO customers, we were very careful not to get our expectations too high. We were so surprised how easy it was to book this property. When we arrived, the eight of us were blown away by how nice this property is. We loved all the plumeria trees growing outside our windows, and all of the amenities were just as detailed and more! It really made for a very special and memorable vacation. We were so fortunate that we decided to try Kauai and VRBO this year and there's already talk about returning by the family! Family Friendly for Large Groups

Well-maintained 2nd floor condo with dual balconies. Convenient location for day trips to both sides of the island. Walking distance to multiple beaches (Poipu, Brennecke, Shipwreck). Enough space for our family of 10. Well-appointed with air conditioning, washer, dryer, dishwasher, sizable dining table and sectional, comfortable beds and pillows, even a high chair and pack ‘n play for young children. Well-stocked with thick bath towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and detergent. The balcony closet provides a wagon, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, floaties, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, and sports gear. Seamless check-in and check-out processes. The host Jennifer is highly responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The street noise and small hot water heater posed only minor inconveniences. We enjoyed staying here and would love to come back and stay here again.
