This house was perfect for me and my family of 6, great location and lots of food and shopping within walking distance. House was very comfortable and beautiful, lots of room, great appliances and extras and the company was very accommodating to our needs and went above for us. Nice place to stay on the South end of Kauai

The condo was clean and modern, and roomy for six adults. Conveniently located on the south end of Kauai, includes nice amenities. Check in was simple and straightforward, had no issues with our stay!

Best place we have stayed in Hawaii

Beautiful condo! Clean, large rooms. Easy parking. Gorgeous porch. Steps from the Pool. 10 Min walk from restaurants and shopping. 5 min drive to see the Sea Turtles at PoiPu Beach. Definitely will stay again!

Kauai getaway

This place was gorgeous! It was very spacious, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with nice dishes, containers, ziplocks, and more. The bedrooms were very nice and large. Lots of towels. The beds were very comfortable. There was also a high chair for my grandson to use. Also lots of beach toys in the garage. This place is amazing, and I can’t wait to stay there again!

Great Condo and Great location

We loved our stay and it accommodated our family very well. Loved the location and felt like it was right in the middle of both directions that we planned our activities. Poipu had great shopping and we loved beaches around. This Condo had boogie boards, chairs, and coolers available for use and we used them every day. Thank you for providing a beautiful condo for our family of 6 to stay in for the whole week.

Nice condo!

We loved the location, and the condo was so nice inside! I messaged the property manager about something and got a prompt response. The condo was very spacious and we loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom as well. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

Spacious Condo

Wonderful condo. Lots of windows with a beautiful view of palm trees, mountains, and nature. The kitchen island is great. The condo felt very large with 3 bedrooms having their own space. Would love to go back there again.

We loved our stay here! Three bedrooms and three bathrooms gave us plenty of space for our whole family! The kitchen was well equipped, including extras such as sandwich bags and a few spices. There were several beach chairs, which we used several times as well as a cooler. The location is great for the south side of the island! It is a few minutes from multiple beaches, shopping and dining. The condo could use a good cleaning and some maintenance, which is why I didn't give 5 stars across the board. Overall, I would stay here again.

Family visit

The property was absolutely beautiful and clean! We could walk to the beach for sunset (shy of a mile) which was nice. There was plenty of room for 6 of us (2 teens and 4 adults). The master bath was gorgeous! Kitchen was very well stocked with equipment, but not spices or things like that. I would highly recommend.

Huge condo that can accommodate many!

Myself and four adults stayed here for two nights on our visit to south Kauai. The place is enormous and the layout of the place allows for everyone to have their own space, while also allowing great areas to congregate and eat dinner. The lanai was a great place for a cup of coffee and a rooster concert every morning. Beach gear and garage were a huge plus for us. Probably about a mile drive to Poipu beach lots, but there’s typically a lot more parking than other beaches/beach parks. We loved our stay at Pili Mai and would recommend to any of our family and friends. Pili Mai was also a great location as it’s centrally located between the local shopping centers, Koloa center, local food trucks, and Poipu beach. Mahalo for your hospitality, we truly felt the aloha and Ohana treatment!

Wonderful stay

Layout and accommodations were perfect for our group of 6( including two teenagers). Beautiful condo, nicely landscaped and decorated and close to the pool, shopping, dining and beaches. This was the first time we stayed on the southern part of Kauai and it won’t be our last. Would definitely want to stay in this unit again. We were in Hawaii island hopping for 24 days and the beds were the most comfortable here. It could use better lighting in the master bath, but that is a small issue. I have seen comments on reviews of various Hawaiian units complaining about bugs. I think people need to remember they are in a tropical climate and be very mindful about food storage and keeping countertops clean, it is part of island life it necessarily an indication of overall maintenance and cleanliness.

Shave Ice and Paradise

The condo was as described. It was exceptionally clean, well stocked, and accessible to beaches, local stores and food, and a great location for us. We had trouble with the ice machine the first day but the manager answered our email within a short time and sent someone over to check it as well. It worked just fine but the setting had been slightly off. The condo had beach chairs, snorkel gear, boogie board (although two would have been nice instead of just the one), beach umbrella (we did not use because of the wind), several coolers, and a cart to use on the beach. There was a cruiser to use but unfortunately one tire tube needed fixing. The management company communicated clearly during all aspects: booking prior to stay, prior to check out and with questions.

The layout is great for multiple or large families and the second floor and balcony provide great views of the mountains and the ocean. The community pool and gym are close and really great, too. However, as someone who runs a vacation rental, the place could really be much better stocked - particularly for a fairly expensive, three-bedroom condo. There were no more than 8 plates and pieces of silverware, no food storage containers, and we had to reach out to the property manager several times for very basic supplies. It was also not as clean as it should be given the newness and cost of the condo. Overall, great unit that could be even better with some additions/improvements.

Condo was nice, had plenty of towels. Plenty of space for a family. They have a lot of rules and no information about area. The pool is very cold and the hot tub had 14 adults and 4 kids. So couldn’t use it. The air will not go below 73*. So I could not sleep too sticky. Condo is on the second floor so if you have a lot of luggage it’s a lot of stairs. Not beach front have to drive. There is a Sheraton hotel on the beach. But over all a nice place.
